Ratiba za Jiaoda(wachina wanakiita hivi hiki chuo) ziko inline na nilichosema a few posts before, 2 semeseters each year, kwa wale wasoma short course za lugha kunakuwa na summer courses wakati chuo kimefungwa.

yani we unazidi kuumbuka tu.

Sasa ngoja nikuweke sawa vizuri, thx kwa kuweka na mwaka, kama spring of 2012 ulikuwa china inamaanisha new year ilikukuta huko, which means ulianza chuo september 15th 2011 to january 23rd 2012 is exactly 4 months, so your first semester had to have 4 months, then from jan 23- ungerudi shuleni about feb 12-15th, which is another month or so. Hapo ni almost 5 months for just 1 semester, semester ya pili ingeanza mid February up to about end of june (this is a standard timetable for all universities under the ministry of education in china. wale watu ni kama maroboti, hakuna cha free style kule. ungefanya end of semester 2 exams for 1-2 weeks, meaning ungemaliza kozi yako mid july.which is exactly 5 months from february, for a total of about 10 months of staying in china interrupted by more than 4 holidays.in simple language hii ingekuwa 1 year (probably Chinese language course,still asking myself if the name of your university start with Beijing, how the hell didn't you know what Beijing looked like in Chinese?).
