The South Beach Resort has six (6) basic and different types of custom designed detached houses, primarily differentiated on floor and plot sizes and the facilities offered in each type. Each house type was designed to have its own characteristics different from others

Type 2 houses were designed with a built up area of 150sq. meters including 3 en-suite bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen/breakfast, dining room, storage, utility, veranda and car port
Type 3 Houses designed to cover 200sq meters including 3 en-suite bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/breakfast, dining room, storage utility, car port and cloakroom
Type 4 A scheme comprises of 110 houses of different types and sizes. House Styles from Type 1 to type 6 are Arabic, Swahili, Modern, Mediterranean:

■type three – three bedroom double story quoters
■type four – four bedroom double story quoters
■type five – four bedroom double story quoters
