Kenyans Doubt the Reality of Covid-19 as a result of President Magufuli's Statements

Since the emergence of the pandemic Corona Virus which popped out of the city of Wuhan, China and spread across the world like wildfire, countries imposed measures, curfews and lockdowns to curb the spread of the disease.
However, a country in Africa, Tanzania which has totally objected the guidelines laid by the World Health Organization seems to be beating all odds to proof that indeed Corona Virus maybe is being exaggerated by scientists just to cause fear and anxiety. The President of Tanzania John Pombe Magufuli, has stated that Corona Virus in Tanzania is close to zero and there are only 4 cases in the city of Dar Es Salaam. President Magufuli further warned its citizens against buying face masks because it might be contaminated or infected with the virus, so they rather mend their own.
The statement by President Magufuli has led to many people questioning the Corona Virus distress globally if indeed is real, since President Magufuli is also a scientists who has a PhD in Chemistry and perhaps he is right because there are no fatalities in Tanzania since they ceased annunciation of Corona Virus cases publicly. It is in Tanzania also where Non-living creatures tested positive for Covid-19 and birds.
Kenyans on Twitter have reacted to President Magufuli’s statement and made the following reactions which many depicts how they found the statement very right.
Former Thuraku: I am believing Magufuli more than Uhuru now. How comes Tanzania is not getting the infections we are getting here yet they don’t have draconic measures we are having in Kenya!
Philosopher: Either Covid-19 is politicized across the world or Magufuli is dumb. I know Magufuli is dictatorial but, obviously he is not dumb, he is a Chemistry graduate. He is also a president and knows many secrets.
Kiilu: Sometimes I think Magufuli knows the truth about Covid-19. I don’t buy the tale that he is dumb. This Mzee has a PhD in Chemistry. That’s an educated man, he cannot threaten even the lives of his family and friends and Tanzanians in general.
Mike Epero: Am just wondering, could this test kits be pre-infected with a virus as they insert the kit in your throat and deep in the nose that is when you inhale the virus? Looking at a mass protests in the US am convinced Corona Virus is just a Conspiracy. ‘Shetani ashindwe’.
