I don't think this guy has read any Tanzanian newspapers recently because if he had he would not have made the above statement. There is nothing in the media about fighting corruption in Tanzania-NOTHING! One article came out in june 2009, titled "the most expensive legal suit in Dar's history" by Richard Mgamba, and that article is suppressed. WHY? In fact, under this current regime, there has been no incentive in fighting corruption, the media has been silent on corruption in Tanzania while Tanzania is drowning in a Tsunami of corruption. So sad! So Tragic!

Compared to our neighbours, we the lesser of evels; at least you may see some cosmetic make up here and there which; over the past 50 years, kept hope to the public that may be our rulers would do something positive.
