"You'll never......!" Wonderful conclusion! Keep feeling Nairobi is more than New York....

Hivi Hawa watu wa apo Kenya dar wanahisi ni apo mombasa nn? Embu acheni kujidanganya dar ni mji mkubwa mno mnachotuzidi nyie mi sikioni wala....

hayo ni maneno yako...sijataja new york mimi.nmetaja dar na nai and thats right "never"

Ukweli usemwe, when we though the reign of Times Tower would last longer, Dar attacked it with PSPF, Rita Tower and TPA , we are only smarting from that by building a supertall to create a considerable ground to cover lest they attack again

Residential areas zipi ambazo zinawapa joto apo nai. ....
Dar zipo mitaa za maana just to mention few...masaki,osterbay,bahari beach, mikocheni B,kunduchi beach, seaclif, upanga, msasani etc those streets have everything that differentiate them from kibera....

Reactions: MC7
Mkuu mimi ni mtanzania... lakini huwezi kulinganisha dar na nairobi when it comes to residential and real estate

so kibera is your ground of comparison

Then congratulation for your beautiful unbeatable Nairobi!!!
thank you very much, now can you pliz advice your entire team of "very soon choir and boys band" to leave uap alone.whether its ugly or not its none of their concern

Uap ugly[emoji38] hu said it....old design in a new world

Aaaw God! Forgive these Danganyikans they do not know what they are talking about!....Does this ring a bell-Kinondoni Makaburini, Gongolamboto,Mburahati,Mabibo, Magomeni,Tandale, Mwananyamala kwa kopa, Manzese-......Very dangerous slums in Dar es salaam. I realized you even have some of the largest slums on the continent.

Does your suggestion has anything to do with my previous posts?!

my suggestion is based on the root and cause of all this dick measuring contest. If you want to eliminate the problem...deal with the cause first

So it is new building!? it looks like was made 1932..ahahahahahaha
Dar is every thing and centre of modernity in East Africa (Roads,BRT,Bridges, high rise Building, real estates etc) stupid Kenyans

Si afadhali half by far.90% of Dar residents are packed in slums-Manzese uwanja wa fisi,Mwananyamala kwa kopa,Tandale, Kariokor,Hata mabibo na magomeni.Endelea na hadithi zako za vijiweni.
Cost of buying single house in those area you mentioned is around Ths 70,000,000 - 700,000,000 (US$ 33,300-333,000) and yet they are highly planned areas not slums(got streets), So you cant compare with Kenyan dirty slums and do not comment as if you still in your village
