Marekebisho kidogo, Tanzania ilikataa kupeleka jeshi ila ilisema itawafundisha polisi wa Somalia kule CCP Moshi kwa ajili ya kulinda usalama wa raia wa Somalia, sio kufundisha wanajeshi wa somalia, kwa sababu jukumu la kufindisha jeshi la Somalia lipo chini ya vikosi vya AMISOM vilivyopo Somalia, taarifa nilizonazo ambazo sijazithibitisha ni kwamba baadhi ya hao polisi walifundishwa na kurudi Somalia.hehe Watanzania nawapa mkono kwa kua na uwezo wakujitungia story za kiajabu....

Nchi ya kwanza kuwapa mafunzo wanajeshi wa somalia ili wapigane na wanamgambo wa alshabaab ilikua Kenya..... Nchi ya pili kutoka Africa kuwapa mafunzo Somalia National Army ilikua Uganda.. Uganda ndo walianza kutuma Wanajeshi wao Mogadishu kupigana na Alshabaab alafu nchi zengine Kama Siera leone, Burundi, Dgibouti zikatuma vikosi kwenda kusaidia.......
Alafu ikafika wakati ikawa bado Tanzania isaidie pia.... Tanzania kupitia JK alikubali kufundisha 1,000 wanajeshi wa somalia between 2007-2014, lakini pindi Tanzania walipo tangaza hivyo, Alshabaab walitoa onyo kali sana, wakasema vita vyao ni kati ya nchi zilizotuma wanajeshi Somalia na kama Tanzania inajipenda basi wasiingilie kwani alshabaab wako na wanamgambo wengi kutoka Tz na wanaeza kuchafua mambo... Tangu hio siku Tanzania haijawahi kuongelea hadharani didhi ya Alshabaab!!!!!
Ninajaribu kusema kuwa ata T.Z ikiwa na jeshi iliyoogopewa sana Afrika nzima hiyo haitaweka ugali kwa sahani ya mtizi wa kawaida. Pia Kenya ikiwa na jeshi kali haitaniongezea pesa kwa benki. Jeshi ya KE itanisaidia tu wakati KE ikivamiwa na nchi nyingine. Lakini KE tunapenda amani kwa hivyo sioni uvamizi ukifanyika hivi karibuni.Hayo mambo ya kutia ugali kwenye sahani yametokea wapi sasa? Kwani tunaongelea ugali hapa?

Foreign Affairs Ministers of Kenya and Somalia Professor Sam Ongeri and Fauzia Yusuf Haji Adan respectively announced the plan in Nairobi on Tuesday during their closed-door talks.
Kenya to raise taxes for Somalia
Kenya's government is to collect taxes for Somalia's government at their common border, to help the embattled administration raise revenue.
Somalia has not had a functioning national authority since 1991 and Islamist insurgents control much of the south of the country.
Announcing the deal, Kenya's foreign minister said tax collection was the cornerstone for a government to work.

He received 189 votes from the TFG Parliament, while the closest contender, erstwhile Somali ambassador to Washington Abdullahi Ahmed Addou, got 79 votes in the third round of voting. The then incumbent President of Somalia, Abdiqasim Salad Hassan, peacefully withdrew his candidature.Ahmed was sworn in a few days later on October 14, 2004.

Defence and National Service Hussein Mwinyi said the Somali training programme is a continuation of the TPDF role as a leading regional provider of training for combat and peacekeeping operations in East Africa as a contribution regional stability.
He said the TPDF has so far conducted numerous training programmes for military officers from Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi and the Seychelles in East Africa.
Southern African troops and officers who have graduated in various disciplines from TPDF's National Defence College training programmes have been drawn from Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
Apart from training programmes, the TPDF has several foreign military deployments which include the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) where the 1st Battalion has provided key backing for several operations against rebel groups in the east.

The Tanzania People’s Defence Force (TPDF) will soon start training 1 000 members of the Somali National Army (SNA) including soldiers and officers as part of its contribution to the ongoing international security and stabilisation operation in the country.
Director of Communications in President Jakaya Kikwete's office, Salva Rweyemamu, told Tanzanian media that the training programme will be conducted in terms of a revived military co-operation agreement signed between the two countries in 2012.
Rweyemamu said the TPDF is ready to start training batches of Somali soldiers as soon the government in Mogadishu concludes the selection of the first recruits.
