Wameleta hio ndege tupige testing, tualike frequent flyers wa KQ waje waikague na watoe comments zao, turuke nayo hewani tuone ikoje, marubani wetu waanze farmiliarisation...tuwaambie tunataka seat arrangement za aina gani alafu tukimaliza inaregeshwa Brazil na tunangojea zetu zitoke kiwandani...

Kenyas aviation makert carried 10 million PAX... out of this KQ carried 4.2 million passengers leaving 5.8 million persengers carried by other local and international airlines.... as the national carrier, they should be doing 8 million pax including those that dont fly to Kenya...

So if you are doing 4.2 million and you have 35 planes with an average load factor of 73% what do you need to double the persenger numbers? 10 boeing 737 max, 15 Ebraer E2 ... Thats how much it takes for KQ to double its maeketshare, Unlike ATCL where it took 2 Q400's...



ofcours all of this comes with risks as is any other business investment. ..They really need to be very smart about it...
 
Try not to factor in Tanzanian n Ugandan markets as u will have shocks of ur life. In November 2 A220s alias Bombardier CS300. In January 2020 another dreamliner n there is an option for another Q400 date not confirmed yet. I am sure btn now n October 2020 another orders for at least 4 aircraft will be placed. And with Uganda's oil money about to tickle in i don't think KQ will be able to keep hold of that market. Mjiandae ki-saikolojia.
