What can you say about the Lamentation which this Kenyan has raised about the current security situation in Kenya?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am disappointed by the Jubilee Govt. I am even more disappointed by CORD coalition, which hosts my party ODM (and comically, is the govt in waiting). Both movements have failed to show leadership and are just sitting as the country sinks.

1. The cost of insecurity is affecting businesses big time. At the Coast, about 60% of hotels are on close down, with thousands of employees jobless. People cannot visit entertainment and leisure joints coz of fear. These jobless people will turn to crime and drugs. How are we going to achieve "Ruto's" double digit economic growth with this happening?

2. The so called security measures are a mockery. How does showing an ID before boarding a PSV help? The last time I checked, PSVs were not reserved for Kenyans alone.

3. Jubilee govt bears no responsibility on anything
--On anglo-leasing, they inherited the mess
--On insecurity, they are blaming CORD for wanting to make them look bad
--On tribalism, corruption, nepotism and impunity, they simply don't care
4. CORD coalition has turned into a group of noise makers, leaders who have no direction and are happy with the failures of the govt. for their own personal gain

Greed for power and money will sink this country to a place where recovery will be impossible. We need leadership in this country.
Pray and Fast for Kenya, we are headed in the wrong direction

you will not get leadership because you did not vote for people who could bring leadership our society in general is rotten, that is why we do not care about the nation. some kenyans throw blame because it is not their duty to be responsible for who they choose. if we were not voting along ethnic lines kenya would be miles ahead. you are dissapointed by cord? no problem why not walk out and choose another leader.
