Kericho Town.Tea town in south rift,kenya.

Mjini is a low cost residential area but that is quickly changing
 
As i promised earlier, i went to Bungoma and had to take some photos. From Rural Agricultural Maize farms to the Town.

Hope it will not derail thread, it is just food for the eyes!

This road is extremely wide, but the trucks parking all over is making it dirty

I also discovered that town is dangerously full of Motorbikes and bicycle Bodabodas.

The town is also chocking with traffic jams in the mornings and evenings! Those roads get filled with cars and cannot move for hours!!
 
Expansion of Roads in Bungoma is causing massive developments around the town


 
Kericho :Kerenga airstrip to be expanded
Currently it serves light aircraft, mostly used for the tea estates fertilizer and passenger aircraft including the picking and dropping point of uber chopper as well (thou most people prefer getting dropped in town) We ain't getting left behind. Some light cargo aircraft occassionaly use the airstrip (considering there are huge floriculture firms in kericho and nairobi is 4 hrs drive)
