During the JPM regime, there was only one kidnapping gang, led by JPM's home boys Albert Bashite and former Nyaulingo RSO Mby.. The gang involved security personnel from the Lakes region and no more than three soldiers. I knew because this gang kidnapped me.

During the SSH regime, there are three kidnapping gangs.

1. These task forces are under the coordination of the RPCs and RCOs & ZCOs. One of the victims in this force is Deudenith Soka, Sativa, Deoniz Kipanya, Secretary of Bavicha Mwanza etc.

2. Security department task force. This force is under the coordination of the director of Security and Mapete. The victims in this force are Ally Kibao, Maria Sarungi-Tsehai and others.

3. Green guard forces in the districts and regions. These forces are under the coordination of some ruling party leaders with the support of MPs or ministers from the relevant district or region. One of their incidents is the killing of a Chadema candidate in the local government elections in Tunduma.

In order to end this situation, we must first remove the current government, then bring all four gang groups to justice quickly, even if they escape abroad, we will bring them back.
