Kisumu is one of the best planned cities in kenya,with streets and avenues intersecting at 90 degrees,traffic flows smoothly even without traffics lights,i know the words 'avenues and streets' confuse tanzanians because your cities are big sprawling villages za ujamaa,then you see an idiot celebrating traffick lights in chato😀😀😀😀-a back water village without drainage and planning LOLk-indeed kenya and Tz are totally different when it comes to development.
