U can only meet the 22mln tons mark by added frequencies! But having an SGR design having hardly a side railway to bypass each can limit operation! A reason that figure is unrealistic to be achieved ask Dr. Ndii will explain that to u! Whereas Dar-Moro track has a parallel line of around 50 km to allow incoming to bypass each other. BTW ur axle load of 25 tons can't be exceeded! I have seen ur wagon cars! Another thing is curvature radius of ur SGR design can't allow those long wagon cars!and to add, if you increase the no of axles kenyas sgr can do above 100t/wagon. Point to note, max carrying capacity ya sgr Kenya in 22m vs 17m sgr tz
