Kitendawili cha DRC kuingia kwenye EAC kitategua au kuwavua nguo Rwanda na Uganda

Ni pongezi kubwa kwa EAC kukalibisha congo kuingia kwenye EAC ila bado kitendawili ambacho DRC kutaka kifumbuliwe ni kuhusu vikundi vilivyomo ndani ya nchi yake.

Je, EAC itakubali kuyajadili haya ukiachana na uchumi na mambo mengine.

• On the day that DRC formally joined the EAC, thousands were fleeing from DRC into Uganda;

• DRC accuses Rwanda of backing M23 rebels causing the trouble;

• UPDF calls for more forces in DRC; saying both UPDF &FARDC are overstretched!

Indeed, the situation is DRC is likely to get worse, as the UN warns, due to the many non-transparent objectives of the many “stakeholders” in there!

Let’s be clear, the DRC joining EAC is very desirable and welcome. However, there is toxicity within EAC that can’t allow its objectives to be achieved. Uganda and Rwanda, neighbouring states of EAC have had closed boarders for 3 years!

So, what’s the real mission of UPDF?

In other words, at what point will the UPDF say: our mission is achieved?

Was the ADF a Trojan horse?
