Noo! my friend which Ape do you refer to is is Gorrila, Bonobo or Urang tan! which ever the species, all APES are well organized when comes to governess! they have established governing system that is respected by all in the community! I don't know about "Africans" but Apes are way better than Hominids (non-APES primates) in governess!
