when you buy into national government propaganda you hear nothing and see nothing!! I worked for the same govt! money is given out quarterly. sabotage for this govt and beyond repair. these guys gives out the money at month 2 of of each quarter or worse still month 3! they dont respect constitutional guidelines kwa katiba!! now let me school on how the system work, you cant use one money line for another because you have money, no. 2 when you get money in month 2 because of disregarded budget timelines, you cant absorb it so it goes to the next quarter and the cycle goes on until year end in June, where you have money in your account but activities have not been carried out due to late disbursement! so the law says the money goes back to treasury but you get that money first then its topped by next quarter allotment for the next quarter in the new financial new year!! The same national govt returns unused billions back. its fiscal management rule! but this govt has to twist everything to paint counties bad!!

I have learnt that People in Kenya have realized the power of KOT and are using it to force through their agenda. It has become very effective to use twitter to protest than even real protests on the road.

There is real power in [HASHTAG]#KOT[/HASHTAG].... Alot of things have been achieved in Kenya through the power of twitter.....
Maybe its also because most of government heads including the president himself go through online tweets and facebook comments, so they know when something is touching peoples nerves

This man Kenyatta and his family are very rich, he has too much food more than he could eat, so much money more than he could spend, and yet he has only 25 years remaining of quality life, then probably dementia will settle in, and that time he will not know how much money he has. Why we human being could be so selfish and yet we are at this planet for few years, then we die and buried in a shallow grave, alone with nothing.

No one is supposed to die of hunger in Kenya, or no one is supposed to be landless Kenya. Why does some people needs to have thousand of acres, when others have none? He owns half of Kenya and he claimed to acquired on a willing buyer, willing seller. We must ask ourselves what for? How much can someone eat? And how many beds can someone sleep on?

Why our leaders are so selfish? They do not use the hospital we use, and yet we the people have employed them, they do not send their children to the same schools and yet we have employed them. They are richer than us, and yet we pay them salaries! What is going on here?

President Uhuru Kenyatta met the FBI Dance Crew on Wednesday and danced surrounded by them in a jacket that resembled theirs.

Uhuru copied the moves of crew members including Ezra Njagi (leader), Moesha Kibibi, Ramadhan Nyachio, Emmanuel Tumaini, Katabira Denis and Kennedy Mutembei.

They danced to the 'Bamba kura yako' tune aimed at urging youths to register as voters, another issue Uhuru has been said to put before Kenya's problems.

The dab is a move in which the dancer simultaneously drops the head and raises the arm and elbow.

Uhuru calmed his nerves with the moves, doing his best to keep them as calculated as the crew members'.

But members of the public who just weren't amused asked him to wake up and smell the coffee, via Twitter hash tag#DabOfShame.

Doctors went on strike on December 5, 2016 in a demand for a 300 per cent pay rise, a review of working conditions, job structures and criteria for promotions, and a solution to under staffing in public hospitals.
