Katika pitapita zangu ndani ya jukwaa hili nimejionea mambo mengi sana ambayo yanaweza kutusaidia kama Watanzania kujikwamua kiuchumi.

Pamoja na hayo mimi pia nimefika mahali nimeona ni bora na mimi niombe ushauri wa jinsi ya kuanzisha biashara ili angalau niweze kukuza kipato changu kwani kwa kutegemea ajira sio rahisi mafanikio ya kiuchumi kupatikana. Mimi ni mhandisi na ningependa kumiliki kampuni ya Uzabuni (Contractor) itakayojihusisha zaidi na masuala ya umeme & Mitambo (electrical & mechanical) ila ugumu ninaouona ni suala zima la utaratibu na pia mahitaji muhimu kwa biashara hii sana sana vitu kama mtaji na rasilimali zingine.

Kwa wana JF wenzangu naamini kabisa wapo wenye upeo mkubwa juu ya hili, naombeni mnipe ushauri wa nini naweza kufanya ili kuitimiza adhma yangu ya kumiliki biashara yangu mwenyewe. Pia kama kuna ideas zingine nitashukuru kama mtanipatia

Haraka haraka ni lazima kwanza upate usajili wa kampuni yako na kwa kazi za kandarasi zozote zile ni lazima pia ukajisajijiri na bod i ya kandarasi na bodi nyingine huko utapewa vigezo vya kutimiza ukivitimiza unakuwa tayari kuanza mchakato wa kujinadi kugombea kazi!
 
Mkuu kama ulivyoelezwa hapo juu unapaswa kufuata taratibu za kusajili kampuni yako vile vile usajili kwenye bodi ya wakandarasi TRA na upate leseni ya biashara. Kuhusu mtaji sidhani kwamba mtaji wako utakuwa mkubwa kwa sababu kazi yako ni ya kiufundi zaidi na kitaalamu hivyo inatumia ujuzi zaidi. Kwa kuwa wewe ni mtaalamu unajua ni vifaa gani vinahitajika na gharama zako. Kuna mambo mengi sana katika uanzishaji na uendeshaji wa kampuni ya ukandarasi. Mambio unayotakiwa kuangalia ni wafanyakazi wangapi watahitajika, ofisi, uongozi, maswala ya uhasibu na masoko. Naomba unitafute tuzungumze nikushauri na kukupa moyo. 1. Wewe ni muhandisi (muhandisi wa namna gani? kwa mfano wa nyumba za kuishi, au nyumba za maofisi na viwanda, au unapakaa chookaa na kufany marekebisho kwenye nyumba, je unatengeza barabara, je unatengeneza mifereji ya mashamba, yaani ingekua vizuri ukituambia ufundi wa aina gani unapenda kuendeshea maisha yako. Itasaidia kukagua soko lako kimakini zaidi.

2. Umesema lengo la biashara ni kukuza kipato (hengera and goodluck). Tuambie Unataka kuwa na uwezo wa kuingiza shilingi ngapi kwa mwaka? Usione aibu kutaja namba yoyote. Hii itasaidia kufikiria kulingana ujuzi, experiance, na network yako itakuaidia vipi kufikia malengo yako ya kuongeza kipato.

3. Kuhusu Problem ni Utaratibu. Hawa wana JF watakusaidi,. (Fikiria kwanza 1 & 2 kabla ya register your business).

Mkuu Kuhusu Na. 1: Mimi ni mhandisi wa masuala ya umeme ila pia nimepata exposure ya kutosha kwenye Mechanical engineering katika utendaji kazi wangu. Ningependelea kuendesha uzabuni wangu kwa kushughulika na majengo yote (makazi na ya kibiashara) ila pia hata kwenye industrial installations.

Kipato ninachohitaji kuongeza ni at least 50m kwa mwaka ila pia kiwe kinakuwa mwaka hadi mwaka kwa 25% kwa kutegemeana na wingi wa kazi na mabadiliko katika soko.

Suala la mtaji: Mtaji wa taaluma upo na kwa kuanzia nimefikiria nipate technicians wawili electrical na mechanical na mimi pia nitatumia ujuzi kama capital. Kwa upande wa fedha sina picha kamili kwa sababu mpaka sasa sina uhakika administrative costs zitahitaji kiasi gani katika biashara hii ila kwa vile technical kama Tool box, Safety gears, Computer, Simu ninaelewa cost implications zake.

Don't forget to study the market and plan the modus operandi.
Ukiwa na ramani unayotaka kwenda, ukajua wanyama wa msitu ule utakaopitia, utakuwa umeshapata ufumbuzi wa matatizo ambayo yangeku suprise. All the best -- Keep honest though :smiling:
 
First and foremost, you need to write your business plan.
What do you plan to do?
Scope of your business.
Areas of expertise you offer.
who and where are your Potential customers (this is very important)
Estimated expenses v/s profit etc.
Capital needed
Try to google for further info, or conduct some kind of investigation/study to determine how others involved in the same business you plan to engage in have been doing etc
It's kind of hard to start anything nowadays, but the good news is; it can be done!
Please do not give up!

Nimechoka kutrade 30days for a wage... I want to be able to decide and work with discpline in my own area of interest. Ahsante sana....

Today, I read your post which I have quoted above. It has inspired me to post this PDF attachament above. I seek your help to do this just to support the self employment innitiative. I will tell you what I have based on your feed backs. let's fight poverty right from here going forward. Talk is cheap gentlemen, I 've had it. Believe me, you!
