Kama mtu bado yuko kwenye probation ( offer Letter inasema six months probation time); na imekuwa 1.5 months of probation mpaka sasa hivi.
Kazi yako ni recruiter; sasa ushawatafuta candidates wote waliokuwa wanahitajika na kampuni inakuambia u have to leave the job in 24 hours time; sasa je swali langu ni kwamba what offenses oblige an employer to make an employee leave the job in 24 hours?

Hiyo ni unfair termination ambapo unfair termination comes from unfair reason and unfair procedures of termination,lazima kuwa na fair reasons adn fair procedures before terminating anyone whether he is in probation or in permenent contract,
