Leo mchana nilikuwa nimechoka na kazi ngumu nikasema acha nikajifidie hata masaa sita nikalale.

Nikajikuta nimeishia saa moja japo kuwa usiku mzima nyuma yake sikulala kabisa

Sio swala la mchana tu ukienda kwenye nchi ambazo usiku ni mfupi siku za mwanzo utapata shida kuzoe patterns za kulala maana utakuta imegonga saa sita au saba usiku nje ndo kama saa 12 ya bongo kijua kinaishia.. ubongo wako umekuwa kama wa kuku haujaona giza basi jicho halifumbi utalala kimauza uza.. utasema umepata "Insomnia"ila baada ya siku kadhaa utazoea

Mimi huwa nikiwa ugenini pia sipati usingizi. Yaani hata nilale five stars hotel usingizi unakuwa wa mauzauza. Ila nikiwa kwangu hata nikilala kwenye mkeka usingizi ni wa kutosha.
