Because wengi wao they don't know how to run a business in general

Kuna watu ambao wako really good at what they do, and have a wealth of knowledge in their field. Na unakuta kiasi kwamba, the company they work for zinamafaniko kwasabab yao na ukute bila wao mambo hayaendi. Lakin sasa kuanzisha za kwao ni mtihani ama wakianzisha zinakufa ama zinakua hazina mafaniko makubwa

Sasa hufika wakati watu wanauliza “Why does your boss make the big bucks when you're the one doing all of the work? Why don't you start your own business”....ndugu yangu sio rahisi hivyo watu wanafikiri (but inawezekana...msije kusema nimesema haiwezekani)

But the thing is, subject matter expertise is just one piece of the puzzle ndugu yangu!. Kwa mfano you can be the best Chef in the world, but that doesn't mean you’ll be good at managing a restaurant’s cash flow or staff. Au unaweza kua an awesome programmer, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to manage a team, scale beyond your own abilities, find clients, and close the sale, sijui unanielewa hapo?. Ama labda waweza kua hell of a carpenter or general contractor, but that doesn't mean you'll be good at pitching to customers, consistently finding work, and balancing your books.

Kwa hiyo ninachotaka kukuambia ni kwamba ninety percent za biashara zinazoazishwa na waliokua waajiriwa au wenye ujuzi wa kitu flan they fail because they're only understand the core of what the business does - not how a business runs. They don't know the Core of Business Operations. If you don't have experience managing people, managing cash flow, how to market, or how to manage everything else that falls outside of your work-knowledge, you will crash vibaya sana ndugu yangu unless bahati iwe upande wako, because after all tusiache the fact kwamba kuna kitu kinaitwa lucky, some people are lucky or wana kipaji cha biashara lakin kinyume na hapo inabidi ujifunzel kwanza how to run your own business from scratch ukiachana na kua tu na idea ya hiyo biashara
