Is it employment for graduates or for non-graduates. If employment for graduates, the larger the number of graduates may imply over supply of graduates in a limited market while on employment for non graduates, the more the graduates could lead to more employment creators, should the training be geared towards that. However, the issue could on the other hand be related to the concern that among the so many graduates we cannot get a critical mass of job creators for other graduates and non graduates. Questions: To find out why Tanzanian youths despite of increased in number of university graduates, significant number of them are jobless? What is the impact of having significant number of unemployed university graduates in the community?
