Likoni bridge span is 450m taking the measures of the span of the structure on water i.e. from te two pillars P2 n P3! A reason no need for pillars as that's the channel ships will underpass!
While mega structures Selander bridge (U/C) is with span of 1.03 km over the Indian ocean while Likoni bridge (supposed to be U/C since Kibaki era) is 450m over Mombasa channel!
