nadhani kunatakiwa kuwe na ammendment kwa constitution. 14 days is a long period kama evidence wanao ni nini inawachukua muda, it should even b narrowed to 6 days. in a democracy as young as kenya all we need is to avoid creating a negative precedence for future losers to follow. the electoral process and the kenyan justice system should remain relevant and should not be a platform where negatively polarized and ethnicized groups use to advance their agendas

Gathering evidence on purported electoral malpractise will take longer than what you are even quoting...the time frame is ok considering all form 34 lumpsum must be compiled into form 36 for all constituencies but statistically to be a representative of the whole countryto force a run off.
That takes a while to analyse.

Just curious, since this case is against IEBC, will jubillee lawyers have to side with IEBC lawyers....are we goin to see a situation where the contestant and referee are on the same side?lol. What will be the court arrangement since jubillee seek to be furnished with same documents CORD is seeking. This to me is entertainment...i mean pure raw entertainment.

there are people that do not like this endless madness and cord troops are in for a rude shock. they are refusing to read the what the kenyans said on march 4. And why should jubilee lawyers trouble themselves or have sleepless nights because cord troops are trying to construct 'sensible' evidence inorder to file their petition.

infact jubille lawyers should go to some place hawaii of wherever because they have won and will not join with IEBCs who's job is just to provide the forms 34.

Are u psycho~analysing me bwana, am good....as for forfeiture, am not doing so bila a good dance with the good learned judges bur the spirit is willing fot whatever may that shall decend on the material.
If the above lawyers are doing a flattery in court on behalf of CORD to achieve a collective bargain then i must admit this fellas are rather impressive. Is there any other term for intelligent coericion? (Jubillee will never give in).
If they lose i want them to stick in opposition and be furnished with Mwalimu Mati's number to keep the govt in check...
