Looking for a serious strategic investor to invest in tourism

I am a tourism guru, broadly experienced and deeply educated locally and internationally. I have been in the tourism game for the past 15 years and currently running my own consultancy firm.

I have acquired the permanent sites in Ngorongoro and Serengeti so looking for an investor/company that we can team up to construct the permanent Lodge - a luxury one. The Investor should be able to source/finance the project by 100% as I have already played a pivotal role in securing the sites. The investor should be able to pump in the capital of not less than US$2million.

Truth and dare,I like your initiative find people from Holland through their embassy huwa wanaweza kuventure into such businesses plus they have number of hotels at Nungwi and Fumba in Zanzibar.O know one ila kwa $2m can't lie to you ni Ngumu kidogo.

Great advice - thanks. However $2m is not such a huge investment for a strategic investor as long as the project is viable and lucrative.

Good idea though wale jamaa wa TIC huwa hawana data kabisa. Three years ago I went with my Angel Investor from the USA who was seeking for advice etc but we ended up got frustrated. They do not have any useful information for Investors
 

After investing in US 2 million what will be your shareholding? Remember you have only rent camping asset hence cannot be counted as your shares. How did you get the sites while you have no financial strength to develop the sites?

1. Shareholding structure - No problem we will sit down to discuss
2. Renting camping asset - Land is the major factor in any investment needing land, which is already under control, surprisingly you want to count it off. Try to get one then and see how it will cost you arm and rest.
3. Financial strength to develop - Cashflow is the major constraint in any company focused on expansion so you must outsource ones.

got my uncle who is also in da same game and would like to do the same kinda organized investment..so pls lemme check out with Him hoping to have a positive concern.
