jf guyz i foggot my password used in loggin in Mac OS X when boots my laptop model is iBook pliz help me out from this mess otherwiz my kitumbua will be in trouble.

The underlying OS behind Mac OS is Linux/Unix. Ku-reset password:
-While rebooting hold down cmd-S
-At a single user prompt type "/etc/rc" and hit return
-Type "passwd" and hit return
-Enter your new password (the system will prompt you to enter 2 times)
-Type "Exit"
