Madagascar about to enter civil war

So says the US Ambassador to Madagascar. Kwa vile the Army has changed its Commander.
The Army says it has made this change so that the Army may speak with one voice. The Army says that on Friday it will step in if the politicians cannot bring order.
But this Ambassador says there could be a civil war. Maybe and maybe not. Let us remember that the US did not support Ravolamanana. He came to power by the help of the previous President of France. So,maybe when this Ambassador says he fears there will be a civil war should read that he hopes there will be a civil war.
