50 year old woman presented at the Gyne clinic due to failure to conceive after one year of unprotected sexual intercourse. She was married one year go. Her husband is 34 years old, recently graduated from MUHAS.He neither takes alcohol nor cigarette smoking.he likes playing football. In menstrual history, her menses are painless, coming for 2-3 days after every 40-60 days. She has no pain during intercourse and has normal libido.on general examination she has normal stature, slightly obese ( BMI 26), normal body hair distribution and normal vital signs.There was no anterior neck swellling.Her chest and breast looked normal and no breast lump or nipple discharge. On abdominal examination there was normal contour, no tenderness on palpation. Pelvic examination revealed normal pubic hair distribution, normal clitoris and vaginal opening.bimanual pelvic examination revealed normal sized anteverted uterus and non tender adnexae.
