Ideally, this new discovery would lead to a tiny, self-contained oil well: In comes plants, out comes fuels or chemicals.

The question is; by how much will this discovery reduce the strain on fossil fuels? What about the technology feasibility especially for the developing countries? Is it feasible for the least developed countries, like Tanzania?
