JPM has no capacity to rally the whole continent apart from playing his role locally.
The plunder of Africa's resources by foreigners is in conjunction with local players who happen to be influence peddlers and policy makers high up in governments. No magic wand from such genuine effort like Magu's which entirely seems individually driven will turn the apple cart soon.
Concrete measures anchored in local laws with uptight enforcements to boot can only redeem the situation if for posterity and not on personal whims.

Basi.In leading such a complicated stuffs you normally don't need upper hand of some dude. You'll never reach a set target. Sure I'm telling, some will pretend that a giving you a very sincere and candid advice, but they are having an ulterior agenda. See a lot of people the way complain about JPM.
