can we differentiate semen and sperms? because semen comes from seminal glands and do not contain sperms, while sperms come from testes and contain sperms...semen's work is to prepare way for the sperms to swim out of the urethra and may be thick sometimes, when they are on their way out may mix with semen and that's what we actually see and generalize them as sperms while inside them are two different groups...am i right?
