Work experience:
Mr. Lawrence (Lau) K. Masha has just returned to join the firm following a 5 year sabbatical leave during which he served as a Constituent Member of Parliament for Nyamagana Constituency (the City of Mwanza) as well as in the cabinet of President Jakaya Kikwete's Government. Mr. Masha was initially appointed Deputy Minister of Energy and Minerals and left office as Minister of Home Affairs responsible for the Nation's Police Forces, Prisons Services, Refugee Services, Fire and Rescue Services as well as Immigration. Mr. Masha who was designated a Youth Global leader by the World Economic Forum, was consistently rated as one of Tanzania's leading lawyers by Chambers and Partners prior to going on sabbatical leave.
