The united republic of Tanzania is the democratic country .It gives a room for its citizens to give out their ideas on how to arrive to a better Tanzania that is ideal to everyone living in Tanzania
On realizing the accountability of the leaders to Tanzanians as a Jamii Forum expert member and a Tanzanian am honored to give out my opinions as follows,
ECONOMY
The TRA board should congratulate the citizens,companies or organization that pay well the taxes . This can be done by rewarding the region, district or wards whose citizens pay their taxes on time and without disturbance or by publicitizing them ,just like how companies like National Microfinance Bank(NMB)
does, this will make them feel noticed on how much they take part in building up Tanzania
- The Tanzanian leaders should also pay taxes
Tanzanian leaders should be included in the payment of the taxes, this will encourage the citizens that leaders do not use their position to "
them but leading and showing a good example
- Good markets should be built in regions for the" machingas"
All Tanzania regions have the machingas in large percentage ,in some regions markets are build but some areas are not.Example in DodomaView attachment 3024460
But in regions like Mwanza things are worse

The ministry that deals will land should put clear landmarks in whole country,and all areas that government projects are likely to be initiated.
This will cut down all the complications that arise on transferring people so as to build the targeted projects.
-On the launching of new projects like schools, health centers and etc, especially those that citizens built and then supported by the government the citizens should be recognized first
The citizens should be prioritized first as the primary initiators of the projects and congratulated ,this will motivate them to do more and willingly next time
POLITICS
-The election intervals should include the elections of the chairperson of the National Election Board
This will help to reduce the suspicious of voters about the theft of election votes,this is because most of people think that CCM has been rulling ever since independence because the chairpersons always give out wrong results to satisfy the presidents who chooses them
-The changes from one president to the other should not change the national vision proposed by the past leaders.
This will help Tanzania to focus on specific goals and move together with the same ideology ad the country
Just like how the government makes sure every one gets the National identification authority number(NIDA) it should also make sure that everyone one has the Constitution of united republic of Tanzania.
This will help to reduce humiliation done by the high government officials and rich towards the poor ,and also this will help Tanzanians to know what their rights are and how to demand them
Overcoming corruption by making Tanzanian children patriots at a young age
This can be done by public issues,making them aware of the country problem and plant the spirit that they are the ones responsible for making changes in their country.
EDUCATION
-The government should ensure that all primary and secondary school owned by the government should have school buses .
This will motivate the students who live far away from school to pursue their studies well and also reduce the sexual harassment like raping
-All government schools should be provided with the photocopying and printing machines.
This will cut down the contributions asked from parents by teachers so as the students and pupils expected to sit for their National examination can do enough examinations for better preparation .
Each school both government and private schools should have at least five (5) that are to be dedicated for students.
This will greatly cut down the number of students who are being kicked out from school when caught with mobile phones at school and solve the problem of students asking teachers phones now and then
Experts in psychology should be employed in each school,both primary and secondary .
This is to be done so as to back up those students who feels inferior,unable to pursue studies because of barriers like family matters or disability.Not only those but also the ones who are going through social stratification and all they think is committing suicide
The analysis of students behavior in their results reports should be taken into consideration seriously.
Doing this will aid in building a strong nation who are educated disciplined,hard working and caring rather having educated people who does not suit the society better .
Educated people should be paid more much better than they are.
This will motivate people to work hard and give out their best ideas which will build the best Tanzania.Most of educated people run out to other countries that pay them much better leaving their country with people who are less knowledged And then we end up going to out side country to be served by our own people.
ENVIRONMENT
The minister of state of environment in the presidents office should initiate a unit which will aim at cutting down the rate of unemployed people by making them engage in cleaning the environment . This can be made possible by starting a company that will be under the concerned minister.
HEALTHY.
-The chief physician in charge of the district and regional wise should have regular check ups in rural areas so as to equalize the health care services both in towns and rural areas. the absence of this culture causes inaccessibility of the health equipments in rural areas
-The government should reduce sequence of steps to be followed by the health facilities as issued by the budget ,this will reduce bureaucracy.
AGRICULTURE
Every agricultural village should be provided with a car that will aid transporting their agricultural products to the markets.
The cars may owned by the government or the villagers themselves may be organized on how to contribute so as they may have their car.
In consequences,
If the above will be taken into consideration it's a point that we will land to our dream country that every Tanzanian has been longing for.
