.oky.muajiri baada ya kukupa hiyo letter offer of employment na kusema probation ni miezi sita,hata hiyo miezi ikipita hamna suala la notification kua anaextend probation.yes uko sahihi kabisa mtu unaweza kukaa hata miaka 3 na zaidi bila kuelezwa kama umekua comfirmed ama lah.(yan hapa ndio huwa panaweaknesss ya sheria za ajira)okay!! nimekupata mkuu, ila vp inamaanisha kama job offer letter ilikua inasema probation ni miezi sita, baada ya kupita hiyo miezi sita muajiri hatakiwi kutoa notification yoyote kwa muajiriwa kwamba probation yake itakua extended kwa muda flan!!??, yaani kwamba mtu unaweza kukaa probation for three years without being informed the duration of your probation!!??, na je vp kama mtu amekaa under probation zaidi ya mwaka na hajawa confirmed anaruhusiwa kuchukua likizo!!??
