It is the IEBC which does not want a parallel tallying center as required by law, does it always have to be Jubilee??
And in any case, Jubilee may support it as it is the right thing to do, reason being it can flare up tensions and skirmishes.
Secondly CORD doesn't have enough resources to even monitor its primaries, meaning possibility of the results at their center are most likely to be wrong. Then chaos may arise from their errors.

Then no body has denied them a chance to cross check the IEBC results and compare, but no law allows them to announce their tally to the nation, only for verification purposes.

As much as Kenyans are politically hot species, Politics should not always blind us
