Advice needed Please:
For a woman who is at her early 40ties, and has experienced some irregularities in menses (without good reason behind) though not very serious. No other symptoms such as sleeping disorders, no dryness, no dipression or hot flashes, just undefined/ unexplainable irregularities in menstruation period:

It is documented in various sources that the menopause age is generaly from 51 years (plus or minus). Is there any study indicating (age) differences for the onset of menopause for African /Tanzanian women? If any one has the reference / source/ quote.

Is there any advice on how to keep the level of estrogen and progesterone high for example any dietary therapy and/or excercise? or general advice in daily life

She might be experiencing premenopause, which can start as as early 35. The menopause can occur between 46-55 at which she may stay up to 12 months without menses.
