By the way, what is that by the road??? Is it a hotel or an observatory platform?

Sijawahielewa vile that Nyahururu turnoff itakaa... this one close to Hotel Kunste... I just can't get head or tail of the whole thing. I see though guys are busy there day in day out albeit traffic moving smoothly.
