My friend was the architect behind this project(Kujenga group). Imagine the building was done by a firm of only 9 architects. Only goes to show even small businesses have a place in the Kenyan market

I live in Westlands mpaka naona wivu. 1 acre of land Westlands = 200m-400m Kshs i.e. 4.33bn tshs and 1 acre of land in Upperhill = 300m - 700m Kshs i.e. 6.5bn tshs - 15.1bn tshs.

But in Westlands we do have some big projects too. Lemac towers, Avic towers, Sarit expansion, the once ugly place opposite KFC Westlands and adjacent to Oil Libya is under construction etc

Whrn somebody said the SGR is going to double Kenya's GDP i couldn't believe it but now the product has changed my perception completely...... I can't wait for the LAPSSET too to unfold..... Maaan!! !
