Misusing power of attorney

Most people are misusing power of attorney, it must be noted that power of attorney cannot be issued to any one to stand for somebody.
they must be enough reason to be given power of attorney main reason are as follow
1. the said represented party is out of the country and he cant attend the matter.
2. He is too old to appear in court.
3. He is to sick to be in position to appear before the court.
3. Insanity can be one of the factors too.
