Dictatorship benefit only the leaders in power but no development at all. African countries thru democracy have developments. These include

1. South Africa
2. Nigeria
4. Ghana

Others are operates in a dicatorial way.

Tanzania and mostly during the magufuli regime was about to fall into total dictatorship.
