And here you are, while on JF you diss all women and abusing them with explicitly language. You can argue a point without demanasing anyone's sexuality.I have a mother and a sister and they're very respectable women. None is a silly harlot like you.
We wouldn't be having :-
- higher life expectancy than you
- higher literacy rates than you
- higher HDI than you
- higher salaries than you
- lower poverty levels than you. etc
if we were not solving our own problems my dear.

Very laughable, and you calm that innovation.
Kote huko ni nje ya mji, sasa Imara na Embakasi ni pua na mdomo, kuchafu kama nini. Sidhani kama KENYA POWER wanapita mitaa hiyo maana walivyojiunganishia umeme + uchafu, mmh!Imara and GM hakujaendelea? Wonders shall never cease.
Nimecheka sana, halafu unaonekana ni mtu mzima kabisa wewe..We wouldn't be having :-

Fastest city in terms of population......and u are proud of that?Haven't you seen my link above? On Dar as the fastest growing city in Africa?
Do you think population grows in the bush? Think Mr. Dynamic genius.
Kwani kama kuko nje mji basi hakujaendelea? Wewe wajua ulisemalo?

If u had some fundamental knowledge in economics then u should be seriously worried about that, cos clearly, the rapid population growth in that city is not in tandem with the rate of infrastructural development.
Much of the housing, as we have already shown with the pictures are of poor quality and according to reports, expensive; no good roads, unstable water supply, the power supply epileptic at best and inadequate effluent pipes
So, according to your logic FaizaFoxy, the population growth should precede infrastructural development in a city?
Not my logic, are you going to build a multi storey building without knowing you will have tenants?
Are you going to build six lane roads without analysis of traffic growth?
Be realistic.
Nairobi is dynamic because you need rapid changes, those slums do not depict a modern city. They simply have to go, and from what I've seen above on Kibera photos, indeed you need a face lift badly or rather Nairobi needs a face lift and that is dynamic.
Dar, on the other hand, grows, we have seen growth in Dar during Kikwetes like we have never seen before. It was simply a rush.
When population grows in any city expect infrastructure to grow along with it and that is exactly what we are experiencing in Dar right now, many new buildings, new areas within Dar are emerging. We used to have tall buildings in Dar city center only, now even those areas where we used to say are outskirts of Dar like Ubungo, Kimara, Temeke, Mbezi, and so on and so forth we see huge development with multi storey buildings being erected constantly. We see flyovers coming in different areas, we see huge bridges which cross the sea to cater for city growth.
Be open minded and realistic, dynamic simply means "changes". Growth means expanding.
Wait a second....so all this time you meant to say that dar is growing(expanding) but not beeing dynamic(changing)......the quality of life their shall forever remain pathetic(atleast in the near future) because nothing is changing for the bestNot my logic, are you going to build a multi storey building without knowing you will have tenants?

Wewe, you don't know me, think againNaona umeumwa sana.....saa zingine mtu akiambiwa ukweli huona ni matusi.
So you agree to the fact that its still changing despite the fact that its far ahead of Dar?It simply means changing and as I said and Nairobi needs a face list badly.
Kibira hupajuwi we nyang'au?
Wewe, you don't know me, think again
