One and probably the MAJOR source of laws in Tanzania is the constitution of the united republic of Tanzania of 1977 as amended from time to time. Tanzania is now in the process of making new constitution which is intended to replaced the current constitution.

What do u think were the reasons for the new constitution making undertaking? Where the reasons for making a new constitution relevant?
