Habari wananzengo,nna kaswali kidogo kananitatiza hapa naomba kufahamu According to labour law of United Republic of Tanzania Je mwajili anaruhusiwa kumkata mshahara mfanyakazi asipohudhuria kazini kwasababu yakufiwa na ndugu wa damu (dada).

Iko king'eng'e ila natumai utapata unachokifauta hata kupitia msaaada wa mtu kama lugha itakuwa kikwazo

34.-(1) During any leave cycle, an employee shall be entitled to-


(a) at least 3 days paid paternity leave if-
(i) the leave is taken within 7 days of the birth of a child;
and
(ii) the employee is the father of the child;
(b) at least 4 days paid leave for any of the following reasons-
(i) the sickness or death of the employee's child;
(ii) the death of the employee's spouse, parent, grandparent,
grandchild or sibling.
(2) Before paying an employee for leave under this section, an employer may require reasonable proof of the event prescribed in subsection (1).
(3) For the purpose of clarity-
(a) the 3 days referred to in subsection (1)(a) are the total number of days to which the employee is entitled irrespective of how many of the employee's children are born within the leave cycle;
(b) the 4 days referred to in subsection (1)(b) are the total number of days to which the employee is entitled irrespective of how many of the events prescribed in that paragraph occur within the leave cycle, but the employee may take more

huwa ni:-
1. baba/mama mzazi
2. mume/mke
3. mtoto wa kumzaa
4. dada/kaka/mdogo tumbo moja
una haki ya kwenda kwenye msiba kwa siku nne na malipo yako palepale kama umeingia kazini

watu kama bibi/babu/shangazi/mjomba e.t.c siku zitakatwa kwenye likizo yako
 
mahipsi baby,mwajiri hakuwa sahihi. Kisheria,mwajiriwa ana haki ya likizo ya siku nne kuuguza au kuzika nduguye. Lakini,mwajiriwa anapaswa kuthibitisha ugonjwa au kifo husika ili apate likizo yake.

Soma kifungu 28 cha sheria na 6 ya ajira na mahusiano kazini 2004 ,mwajiri haruhusiwi kukata mshahara au ujira wa mfanyakazi. Google emplyment and labour relation act no 6, 2004 komaa akulipe mshahara wako

Hizo siku 4 uzingatia umbali au?.
