WAWATU club is a non-govermental organization established on 1st apil 2010 by 20 founding members to deal with HIV/AIDS sensitization program.the club's constitution provided that,regardless of the date of admission,annual subscription fee for founding members and other invited members should be TZS 250,000 and TZS 300,000 respectively.the club closes its books of accounts on 31st march.on 1st december 2010,the club has invited 45 other members.on 20th january 2011,6 members{2 founding,4 invited}have paid their annual subscription fees for the year 2011 and 2012,as at 31st march all subscription fees from other members were duly received except in respect of 2 founding members and 8 invited member.in addition on 1st june 2011 the club has recruited 32 additional invited members and these were distributed in various parts of the country to strenghen HIV/AIDS sensitization program.2 invited members who failed to pay their subscription fees for the year 2011 died on plan crash whch occured on 15th october 2011.the heirs are not willing to continue with the membership and they subsequently refused to pay the sums due from the deceased's fortunes.as at 31st march 2012 all subscription fees from members were duly received except in respect of 4 founding members and 18 invited members.also it was revealed that 5 founding members and 12 invited members have paid their next year's subscription fees.
