Hivi viungo usivikose ndani kwako ikiwa ni mpenzi wa nyama, samaki and whatsoever. Oyster sauce, soy sauce, garam masala, beef/chicken cubes, swaumu, tangawizi, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder... kwa mambo ya chomachoma..usikose a little wine/whisky. Lakin pia it depends na pishi, kama ni mambo ya kuweka kwenye oven ama air fryer basi utatumia viungo nilivyovitaja hapo juu hasa vile vya unga, na kwa mambo ya kuchoma unatumia vya liquid kwa sana.
