wana jf naomba msaada wa sheria katika jambo hili.
Kuna jamaa yangu alinunua kiwanja kwa x na akawa amejenga nyumba .wakati nyumba inakaribia kumalizika amejitokeza mtu y akadai kuwa ile sehem ilikuwa ya marehem baba yake na ni mali ya urithi lakini huyo x ile sehem aliinunua kwa z ambaye ni mke wa marehemu na wakati wa kununua hao watoto walikuwa wadogo sana ambao miongoni mwao ni Y.
Sasa huyo ndugu yangu kachanganyikiwa na anashindwa afanye nini na kesi ndo tayari imeanzia kwa mwenyekiti wa mtaa.
 



Kama nyumba ina thamani ya zaidi ya shilingi 50 milioni haiwezi kuanzia kwa serikali za mitaa.
