Ndugu wana JF habari za muda huu?

Bila kupoteza wakati nina interest ya kuendeshea gari ambayo ni pure electric car (Nissan leaf)

Sasa mwaka wa fedha huu palitangazwa na waziri wa fedha wakati wa uwasilishwaji wa Bajeti kuwa kutakua na msamaha wa kodi kwa magari yanayotumia umeme tu reason being ku encourage watu kutumia magari ya umeme zaidi na kupunguza pressure ya demand ya fossils fuel ambayo ina translate to increased pressure kwenye exchange rate kati dollar na T-shillings.

Je msamaha huu umekwisha anza?

Kuna vigezo vingine nyuma ya huo msamaha ikiwemo umri wa ilo gari la umeme.

Msamaha uliosamehewa sio 100% kuna gharama zingine utalipia tu. Kilicho samehewa ni import tax ambayo kwa mfano gari la kodi million 8 importy tax unakuta mil 1.6 hivi.

Unawatumia request mkuu. Wanakutumia ila nashauri ungeenda kwanza wacheki kabla haujaagiza.

Pili, kabla haujaenda full Electric kwanini usijaribu Prius Prime za kuchaji na bado Hybrid.
No issue hii ya punguzo la kodi alipo applicable kwa hybrid cars hata kama ni plug-in-hybrid (PHEV)... Wizara wanataka gari iwe pure electric with no internal combustion engine..

Hapo nimekusoma. Naitamani Prius 3rd gen ila naogopa Battery ikifa.

Mie nanayo 2 generation..very reliable, dependable and durable car ilikuja na km50,000 now ina 170,000+km with no single issue....

Kumbuka gen 2 Prius haina mambo mengi kama prius gen 3 na kuendelea because of absence ya baadhi ya mifumo mfano engine ya gen2 haina EGR system, ina electric water pump moja tu ya kuzungusha maji ya kupoza hybrid system, but upande wa cooling system ya engine inatumia mechanical water pump inayozungushwa na engine pale engine inapowaka.. pia prius gen 2 hazina filter kwenye fan inaYopoza battery but ikitokea unapenda endesha vioo wazi basi itajaa uchafu but kama vioo juu basi fan haitakuja kukupa tabu kwa kujaa uchafu..

Common issue kwa Prius gen 2 ni

- buti kuvujisha maji na kuleta changamoto kwenye hybrid system na battery japo issues zinakua solved kwa cleaning na kuziba kwa silcon mahala maji yanapenya..baada ya hapo unasahau shida.

-Kingine ambacho ni problem kwa prius ni kuharibika kwa water pump ya kupoza hybrid, but hii tatizo una replace hyo pump unasahau shida (mie niliweka ya pump ya BMW mpaka kwasho no issue..

-kingine kwa prius gen 2 inachangamoto ya dasnboard kuto onesha kitu occasionally...but this is very simple problem ambayo ukitaka permanent solution ni kufungua dasnboard, inatoa ile odometer una replace two capacitors ambazo hufa with time na kupoteza uwezo wake wa ku store charge, capacitor hizi zinauzwa buku buku but ukienda kwa fundi gari anaweza kukupiga hata 50k kuzibadili, but ukitaka ku solve hii issue temporary kila mara linapotokea basi unazima na kuwasha headlamp huku gari ikiwa off frequently mpaka kale ka alama ka kuonesha taa za parking zipo on kwenye dashboard kaonekane, kakisha onekana tu basi washa Gari dashboard itafanya kazi kama kawaida...

Mkuu hivi in case battery imekufa unaweza endelea tumia gari kama kawaida kwa upande wa mafuta.
