In fact this is good news...these offices should be spread across africa...not just in one city...Nairobi has the UNEP hqs already...

Mark you,one of them courts based in Arusha is shifting to Nairobi soon! We are not done yet with harnessing every revenue source.

Just a juicy headline to divert traffic!
The initiator of the centre move from UG was none other than the UN itself! Nairobi stood favorably among other proposed cities due to its already heavy established UN presence. It would have been naive of Kenya not to have lobbied with a little sweeteners if need be perhaps.
Be realistic!
