Mwale Medical and Technology City is a first global "green" city with the 5,000 bed Hamptons Hospital, the world's largest; 4,800 doctor's residences; technology park; 36 hole-Hamptons Golf Course; water park; airport; and 144MW waste to energy power plant. Located in Kakamega County, Kenya, MMTC is leading the way for sustainable urban development in Kenya.



All the 4800 resident homes are being constructed along the Golf course in the Golf District of MMTC

A modern 5 bedroom mansion above will be built within 3 days using magnesium cement panels. This particular one starts at Kshs. 10 million . The homes are state of art upmarket designs and have higher safety standards.


One bedroom apartments shown will start from Kshs. 1.2 million and above. The factory will meet 60% of the new annual housing demand in Kenya by end of 2020


The initial delivery of the first fleet of ambulances of the completed advanced cancer treatment and diagnostic center was done today

The landowners also get rental units built for them by MMTC which guarantees them a middle class income


Hamptons Plaza is the most visited district of MMTC and has various amenities available to tourists
 
I must agree that this Mwale guy is a visionary....when everyone else is flooding their investments in Nairobi metro. The guy was brave enough to put up such a huge development in a village!!!

Hospital road which runs 7Km from North to South and crosses the Boulevard at the Technology Park next to the 5,000 bed Hamptons Hospital

The Plaza district contains the hospital, Hamptons mall, Mwalmart supermarket, Hamptons cafe bed and breakfast , and more than 120,000 squarefeet of private residences.
