My 2019 resolution is to stop taking sugar in tea and coffee

Mie niko vizuri kwa kikombe changu kimoja cha chai kwa siku na vijiko viwili na nusu. Ni mara moja moja sana usiku hunywa chai, kahawa au milo. Mara nyingi hupendelea maziwa bila sukari. Vitu vyenye sukari kama cake n.k. nakula pia lakini mara moja moja sana.

Ninaweza kutoka nyumbani nimepata breakfast mayai mawili ya kuchemsha na green tea bila sukari. Saa nne tea break staff room imechafuka na home made cakes 🍰 ooh

Ofisini kwangu ni hivyo hivyo pia rafiki vitu vya sukari kama cake, biscuits, chai, kahawa ni kama kawa ila nimekuwa nikivikwepa sana.

i barely use those both so i rarely consume sugar..
