My BB is not turning ON and when I put on charger if flashes red 2-3 times continuously. I bought it at Afritel Zain shopping centre next to Hadees au Fast Food restaurant 3 months ago and it is out of warranty since they only give 1 month warranty. Anyone with a workaround to fix it please...

One month warranty mbona kichekesho . Kwani haina manufacturer warranty? kama hukutupa makabrasha ya simu soma vizuri kuna info za manufacturer warranty na vitu gani ina cover. pia jaribu kucheki kwenye website ya BB kama Serial Number au IMEI No za BB yako zinakubalika.

Supplier warranty sio muhimu kama manufacturer warranty.

This behavior indicates that no applications are installed on the BlackBerry device.

Cause

BlackBerry Application Loader removed existing application programs from the BlackBerry device, but failed to install new applications.

Resolution

Complete the following steps:

1. Verify that BlackBerry Device Software is added to the computer. For instructions, see KB03295.
2. If the BlackBerry device is connected to a laptop computer using a docking station, disconnect the docking station from the laptop computer and connect the BlackBerry device directly to the laptop computer.
3. If a third-party program (such as a virus scanner) uses the same communications (COM) port as the BlackBerry Desktop Software, close the third-party application.
4. If you use a universal serial bus (USB) adapter to connect the BlackBerry device to a serial port, temporarily connect the device to a USB port.
5. In the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, double-click Application Loader.
6. Follow the application loader prompts to install the BlackBerry Device Software.


otherwise peleka kwa mafundi lakini nadhani tatizo hili halitaji kuichokona simu sana.

Pole sana mdogo wangu. Nami nilikuwa na mpango wa kuchukua aina hiyo ya simu, sasa ujumbe wako unanipa hofu nisije nikasitukia na mie BB yangu mpya imeganda ghafla!!! Naona ninunue tu iPhone labda yenyewe imetulia, wenye uzoefu wanisaidie kunipa ushauri.

next time do not buy a phone with 3 months warranty,most phones do have 1 year warranty,and some 2 years.if the seller indicates the warranty is just 3 months the authenticity of the phone is in question.

regarding the blackberry it is a software problem,just find someone who knows their way around a computer to help you fix it.
 
BB bold ni BB bomba kuliko BB zote,tatizo lipo kwa kila chombo cha electronics,inawezekana hiyo BB ni ya bandia au ilipata hitilafu kutokana na utumiaji,pia mi kwa hapa TZ sijaona duka liuzalo BB na waranti wenye maduka hudai BB hazina waranti,nimewahi kuuliza pale kwenye duka liuzalo simu Mlimani City karibu na shoprite wakaniambia hivyo nilivyotaka kununua,nikaona isiwe tabu,nikanunua kutoka kwa jamaa aliyekuja kutoka Uingereza kwa laki nne kitu kimetulia kina mwaka hata siku moja haijawahi kuharibika,hizi za maduka ya bongo au za makampuni ya simu ninawasiwasi nazo isiwe nuna wajanja wanazikarabati kutoka Dubai ingawa nyingi zimeandikwa kuwa zimetengenezwa Hungary na cable zake zinatoka China
 
Nafikiri wakati umefika tuangalie uwezekano wa kublock avetor za aina hii,moderator humu unao member wenyeheshima zao naomba nikushauri uifanyie kazi hii avetor kwani sasa hii website ambayo tunaiheshimu sana tutaanza kufikiri imekuwa ya kihuni!!!!!!!!

Tuambie uhuni upi ambao moderato wanatakiwa kublock,ni vizuri kueleza huo uhuni kuliko kutoa hukumu ya jumla ,
