In my daily routine, I come across many interesting issues. Some I could easily get explanation but others not easy at all.

One day I was passing on my way and met with two street children. One seems to be order than his friend but they looked to have common mission of making sure they have to survive on daily basis.

Innitially I passed them but my intuition moved me to turn back and have few conversation with them. I said to them hi ...!! , Together they replied my greeting in Swahili street swaga " Poa bro" and straight they asked me if I could help them money for lunch.

I said to them it's okay, let's go ahead and find a good place where we could get food. It was just near a good Mama "ntilie" a Swahili name for a mother who sell foods in the strees. While waiting for lunch we started little conversation.

The younger brother seems to be very talkative compared to his brother....over sadden he asked me if I could take them to my home place and he guaranteed me that I wouldn't have any problem with little home activities if I will do so!!. Before I replied the elder brother stopped his Young brother to relax and just get eat the "wali nyama" that was ready on the table.

With that impression..I got an opportunity to interrupt the conversation and asked them to briefly share with me why are they living in street? The younger as usual he was the first to start telling his story.

I eat my plate slowly while listening carefully the thrilling story of young brother. Briefly, he said I left home to Dar es salaam for looking a better life , this followed a terrible incident of loosing his parents after a car accident and other parents relatives were not willing to help. He described lots of heart touching events that he experienced just on the age of 12 yrs old.
To cut the story short..the story from the two boy left me with lots of unanswered questions

Why bad Fortune happen even for innocent people?

Why family members are capable of ignoring their children to go through such hardship in life while are capable to help them accordingly?

Why many churches and other non profit organization are tolerating this children abuse and decided keep quiet?

Above all why government seems to be incompetent and less caring to this form of child abuse?

Thanks for leading

One can hardly understand ulichomaanisha hapo.

Ahsante.
